Basic Information:
Born on May 2, 1960, in Valandovo, North Macedonia.
Graduated from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje with a degree in law and later became a professor of political science.
Elected as President of North Macedonia in 2009 and served two terms until 2019.
Major Achievements:
Worked on resolving the name dispute with Greece, ultimately paving the way for the country to be renamed North Macedonia and advancing EU and NATO membership.
Strengthened the country's democratic institutions and worked on judicial and political reforms.
Encouraged economic modernization policies to attract foreign investment and improve the business climate.

Played a key role in regional stability by improving diplomatic ties with neighboring countries.
